Temperature & Oil Pressure Sensors
Coolant Temperature Sensor
(with Warning Switch)
It monitors real-time engine coolant temperature. For electronically controlled engines including B and C series, it sends temperature signals to the ECU to adjust fuel injection quantity. For classic models such as N, K and M series, it often comes as a coolant temperature warning switch. When the coolant temperature exceeds the safe threshold, it directly activates the overheating warning lamp on the instrument panel.
Oil Pressure Sensor
(with Warning Switch)
It detects oil pressure inside the engine’s main oil gallery. On electronic control engines, it converts oil pressure into electrical signals and transmits them to the ECU. On some high-horsepower or older models (e.g. K and N series), it may be a simple oil pressure switch. When oil pressure falls below the safe level, the circuit closes and lights up the low oil pressure warning lamp.

Mainly applied to electronically controlled engines of B, C and M series, such as ISB, ISC, QSM11, etc. Usually mounted on the intake manifold, it monitors real-time pressure and temperature of intake air, supplying critical data for the ECU to calculate accurate air intake volume and fuel injection quantity.

Speed & Position Sensors
Crankshaft Position Sensor (Speed Sensor)
It is one of the most critical engine sensors. For classic mechanical engines of N, K and M series, it is generally a magnetoelectric speed sensor mounted on the flywheel housing, delivering speed signals to the governor board or tachometer. For electronically controlled engines such as B and C series, it adopts Hall effect design and is installed on the signal plate at the front of the engine. It works together with the camshaft position sensor to allow the ECU to precisely control injection timing. Loss of either signal will render the engine unable to start.
Camshaft Position Sensor
Mainly fitted on electronically controlled B, C and M series engines. Also mounted at the front end of the engine, it tracks the position and phase of the camshaft and assists the ECU in identifying the firing order of each cylinder.
Emission & Aftertreatment System Sensors
(China National VI / Electronic Control Engines)
NOx Sensor
Widely mounted on the exhaust pipes of electronically controlled N, B, C series engines complying with China National VI and Euro VI emission standards. It monitors real-time NOx concentration in exhaust gas and feeds data back to the ECU to precisely adjust urea injection volume, enabling efficient operation of the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system.
Exhaust Temperature Sensors (T1/T2/T3/T4)
For the aftertreatment systems of National VI engines, multiple temperature sensors (marked T1, T2, T3, T4) are installed at different exhaust pipe positions, including upstream of DOC, upstream of DPF, upstream and downstream of SCR. They monitor the operating temperature of each catalyst to keep the emission system within its optimal working range.
Fuel System Sensors
Common Rail Pressure Sensor
Mainly used on high-pressure common rail electronically controlled B and C series engines. Mounted on the common rail pipe, it continuously monitors fuel pressure inside the rail and transmits signals to the ECU to maintain accurate and stable fuel injection pressure.
