Cummins piston cooling nozzles act as invisible guardians of the engine lubrication and cooling system, custom-designed for NT855, M11, K19, K38, K50 and other series engines.During high-load engine operation, the temperature of piston crowns can exceed 300°C. With precise positioning, cooling nozzles inject high-pressure engine oil directionally to the piston underside or internal piston cooling galleries to forcibly dissipate heat. This prevents piston thermal deformation, cylinder scuffing and even crown ablation.As mandatory wearable parts for engine overhaul, their injection angle, opening pressure and high-temperature resistance directly determine engine service life and operational stability.
