NT855 Series Exhaust Elbow
The NT855 is a classic medium & heavy-duty Cummins engine. Its exhaust elbow (Part No. 3098643 / 3655046) is specially engineered to match the turbocharger outlet.Fabricated from high-nickel cast iron, it withstands high temperatures up to 850°C and effectively resists thermal fatigue cracking. Optimized with a 90° curved profile, it lowers exhaust flow resistance and improves turbo response speed.Manufactured via precision sand casting plus CNC machining, the flange flatness is controlled within ≤0.05 mm for excellent sealing performance.Applicable models include NT855-C, NT855-M, widely used in heavy-duty trucks, generator sets and construction machinery.
K19 Series Exhaust Manifolds & Elbows
The K19 exhaust system consists of an integrated manifold and elbow assembly (Part No.: 3631261 / 3968643).
The manifold is made of ductile cast iron, featuring high mechanical strength and outstanding thermal shock resistance. The elbow section adopts a composite structure of stainless steel bellows paired with cast iron flanges, balancing flexibility and structural rigidity.The bellows are constructed with multi-layer stainless steel woven mesh, which absorbs engine vibration and displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction to extend the service life of the whole exhaust system.
Production adopts laser welding and argon arc welding processes to guarantee pore-free and crack-free weld joints.Suitable for KTA19, K19-G and other engine models, widely fitted on mining dump trucks and large generator sets.
M11 / ISM Series Exhaust Elbow
The M11 (ISM) exhaust elbow (Part No. 3968643) is specially developed for Euro III / Euro IV emission standard engines. It adopts a composite structure of high-nickel cast iron with stainless steel inner liner, resisting temperatures up to 900°C and offering superior corrosion resistance.The elbow bend angle is optimized via CFD fluid simulation to cut exhaust backpressure and improve fuel economy. It is produced by high-pressure casting and precision CNC finishing, with flange hole position accuracy controlled within ±0.1 mm, enabling perfect connection with turbochargers.Compatible with ISM11, M11, ISMe335 and other models, it is extensively applied to heavy-duty trucks, cement mixers and truck-mounted cranes.
K38 Series Exhaust Bellows
The K38 series exhaust bellows (Part No. 3968643) are flexible connectors exclusively for high-horsepower engines. Constructed with multi-layer 304 stainless steel bellows plus double-layer woven mesh structure, they withstand temperatures up to 1000°C with tensile strength ≥500MPa.Designed with S-shaped corrugations, they absorb displacement in three dimensions and effectively isolate engine vibration. Manufactured by automatic argon arc welding and laser cutting, the bellows feature uniform wall thickness without stress concentration.Compatible with KTA38, QSK38 and other engine models, they are widely used for marine auxiliary engines, large generator sets and mining equipment.
